A Hollywood director, on listening to one of the first sound systems built from the ground up exclaimed that John had beaten the system in the Studio’s daily audit theater.
If you are buying a house, nobody is better at guiding you to the best location in the best neighborhood that you can afford. If you need to market a difficult to sell, one of a kind property no one is better equipped to sell it. John will get you the most money for your house – period. Around ten percent of people entering the real estate business are in it after ten years. John has been helping San Diegans with their real estate needs for twenty five years. John’s pet peeves about the business when he entered it? Realtors who make the process of buying or selling more difficult for their clients.
John strives to have none of these issues. List a house with him. In the listing you will have the express right written in the contract that you may cancel the listing with John at any time with no further obligation to him. John will assure you that there is none of that annoying “obligation” to a client. There are no buyer broker agreements. One of John’s past clients came to him many years ago. They had sold the house John helped them build and moved over-seas. They asked John if there were any “deals” around. John immediately pointed them to a new home development. It was a rare development that offered no broker coop commission. That didn’t matter. It was the best deal in the area for these folks.
