I was born in Green Bay Wisconsin. Yes, I’m a huge Packers fan! My parents moved us to Oceanside when I was 8. I spent my summers at La Costa Resort. Going to La Costa when I was a kid in the mid 1970’s was magical. We’d watch the choppers take off from the driving range or go to the equestrian center. Back then you could ride your horse to your house from the golf course or ride all the way to the beach. La Costa was secluded and much more of an exclusive oasis tucked away in the back canyons of Carlsbad. Back then, parents would go to the resort to get away from their kids! Today, La Costa is a family resort smackdab in the middle of suburbia. I still love it here!
I graduated from CSU San Marcos where I met my wife Stacy. After earning my B.A. and M.B.A. our friendship turned to love,and now continues to grow as we raise our family with all the drama, love and the joy. We recued our dog “Dude” from Riverside. He teaches our kids responsibility and he completes our family.
Service To My Country:
I served in the U.S. Army 3rd Armored Division, 1/40th F.A. in Hanau Germany. I was a driver for the platoon leader, Lt. Smith. I must have driven 250K miles in those 3 years. What a great experience that was! That was before the Internet and cell phones, so going on leave back to California was always such a huge treat!
I’ll never forget the comradery of my tour in Germany.

I study every nuance of how to get Buyers heads in the right frame of mind so I can sell my listings for higher prices. It’s a science. I am the high price expert.
Everything I do from the moment I list a property, the way I characterize them to other agents, the way I market them, what I say to Buyers' and their agents, the way I portray the Sellers motivation, all the processes I use are all designed to sell homes at higher prices.
