This lot is currently being used as a parking lot and is completely paved. I was going to try to use it for an electric car charging station lot. Great idea, but I have decided not to develop it myself and to just go ahead and sell it. So many cars coming up in the future that will be required to be electric and the city will need more charging station lots. This is not too far off the freeway and the charging station apps will direct traffic directly to the site. I have not checked with the City of Escondido to see if they would allow that usage at this location, but I believe the city plan has been amended now to allow for that usage as others are starting to pop up. The lot is situated perfectly for covered parking, solar panels to power the chargers and there is a large electric box to tap right into the power right there at the front of the lot.
