How much does property management cost in Carlsbad California?
At Rancho Coastal Properties, Inc., we offer competitive, transparent pricing for professional property management services in Carlsbad and throughout North County San Diego. Our standard full-service property management fee is 8% of the monthly rent. We offer a discounted rate of 7% for active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, and teachers.
We offer a special 6% rate for owners with multiple rental properties.
We also charge a one-time onboarding fee of $1,500, which covers the initial setup of your property on our portal, showings, vetting and writing the lease.
There is a leasing fee of $1,000 if we have to find you a new tenant after the initial lease expires and the tenant moves out.. If the initial tenant renews, then we charge just $200 to write up a new lease.
For owners with multiple properties, this onboarding fee is charged only once for the entire portfolio, not separately for each property.
